1) Can I place my international order through your website?

Our website only processes orders with valid Singapore addresses and an administrative charge will be imposed on orders with invalid Singapore addresses. Enquiries pertaining to shipping to addresses outside of Singapore should be sent to online@sciencearts.com

2) Will my parcel be able to clear customs?
All parcels will undergo customs clearance in the destination country and we are unable to guarantee or be responsible for it.

We will not be liable for any refund if the parcel fails customs clearance or is retained by the customs department.

3) Will there be any additional charges?
We will only collect the payment of the goods and shipping fees. You will need to check your country’s taxation requirements on whether your parcel will be subject to any local tax.

4) Are you able to ship all items?
